Ayala Land Emerges as Top Philippine Winner at the 2026 Human Capital Awards Southeast Asia


Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) emerged as the top Philippine winner at the 2026 Human Capital Awards Southeast Asia, taking home one Gold and three Silver awards in recognition of its people-first strategies, workplace innovation, and enterprise-wide human capital transformation.

Presented by The Economic Times HRWorld Southeast Asia (ETHRWorld SEA), the Human Capital Awards Southeast Asia recognize organizations across the region for outstanding people practices that drive business performance, innovation, employee experience, and organizational growth. The program aims to inspire organizations to invest in their most valuable asset—their people—and unlock human potential to create lasting business impacts. The awarding ceremony was held on July 24, 2026, at One Farrer Hotel in Singapore.
