Celebrity actors like Daniel Padilla and Dominic Roque were swiftly linked to the campaign, given their recent public breakups, fueling further speculation about the identity of "D."

The initial video that gained widespread attention was shared by social media influencer Gifer Fernandez, amassing nearly 20 million views and generating thousands of reactions, comments, and shares solely on Facebook.

Dermorepubliq's recent disclosure provides insight into the inventive strategy behind this heartfelt plea.
